Allive!, an Edu-Social endeavor is young
team of professionals from leading institutions such as Cambridge,
CIE, IHM, and IIT, Sri Ram Centre. Our team members have held
teaching and leadership positions at organizations like iDiscoveri,
Heritage, Elixir Web Solutions, IMS , Oberoi Center for Learning
and Development, Cartoon Network and POGO.
We are a group of versatile people with Ph.D, M.Phil and Masters
in Education, Psychology and Hospitality with experience in
Training and Manpower solutions in the domain of Education.
We believe that theater and music are a powerful medium
of self exploration, developing language, expression, confidence
and communication in children.
Expressions! is the Theatre Initiative of Allive! that provides us the platform to bring this belief to practice. Our mission is to take theatre to 20,000 children by 2014.

Garima :
A graduate in Psychology from Delhi University with
diploma in acting from Sri Ram Centre, Mandi House.
She has also undertaken
a course in Theatre In Education
(TIE)under the guidance of Mr. Barry John (IMAGO). She
has been a part of many theatre groups like Asmita,
Chillsag Chillies, Akansha. She has been active in the
theatre for last 8 years.

Shikha :
A textile designer by education but an educator
by choice. Shikha believes theatre offers important skills
and learnings often ignored in classrooms. In her association
with The Heritage school and iDiscoveri, she has used
theatre as a mean of exploring self and has extensively
integrated it in transacting the curriculum in her classes.
She has also done P.G. Diploma in Educational Leadership
from iDiscoveri.

Vikram : Has conducted theatre workshops with children of all age groups, starting from 3-80 years old, and has 9 years experience of stage performance. He has directed and written plays and also acted in movies. He has knowledge of martial arts
(Tai chi ), Manipuri martial art (Thang ta ) and Chau dance. Vikram has done a Theatre course at School of Communication & Cine Arts. He has performed in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherland and South Africa.

Rajesh : Has 10 years of experience in theatre. He has worked with famous directors like Bhanu Bharti, Bipin Kumar, Bharti Sharma, Arvind Gaur. Rajesh has acted in plays like Romeo Juliet and the Darkness, Reflection, Ghasi Ram Kotwal. He has also acted in a TV serial and worked with children.

Pawan :
is a theatre veteran. He has been a part of the Asmita
theatre group for 4 years and worked with “Act
One” group. Pawan has worked as a drama teacher
and has taken workshops for children professionally.
He has also been training children for a children’s
show called “Galli Galli Sim Sim,” being
aired on POGO and Carton Network and is presently working
as a muppetteer for the same show.

Bharti : has worked as choreographer and dance director with children.
She has been a dance teacher at Ajanta Art Academy. She has
organized workshops for children at gyan bharti school, maharaja
agrasen school, sahitya kala. Bharti is working as a creative
director in her dance company, Subha and is an RJ in All India
Radio FM channel.

Raman : Is an experienced theatre veteran. He has worked as a Drama Director at Arpana Trust Gautampuri, Sahitya Kala Parishad, Dynasty International School. He has also worked with Director’s of N.S.D, Bapi Bose, Dinesh Khanna, Satyavrat Raut, Bhumikeshwar Singh (Chau). Raman is also a Radio Artist and has acted in TV Serials.

Dinesh : A passionate educator trainer and a gate crasher in
the domain of entrepreneurship. Dinesh strongly believes
in ‘Learning by Actually Experiencing’.
Having trained more than 1000 educators across India
and abroad in rural and urban context, he brings 10
years of training and teaching experience to the team.

Nishant : An HR professional by education, Nishant has a long
stint in service industry with leading brands like Hyatt
& Accor. He also has extensive quality experience
in the field of Manpower sourcing for Fortune 500 companies.
He is passionate about making learning meaningful and
working with kids has always been close to his heart.
He leads the Workforce Solutions work in ALLIVE!

Jyoti : Constructing the Pre School curriculum and Hindi curriculum ranging from Kindergarten to Elementary school with child centric approach has been the major areas of her expertise. With belief to empower the fellow community of educators, she has been imparting trainings in the domains of early and elementary years curricula and cognitive psychology.
